Salaried coaches in Germany earn an average of 3,350 euros gross per month. However, there can also be fluctuations here. Large companies with more than 1000 employees tend to pay their internal coaches a higher salary than small companies.
After ten years of professional experience, the salary can increase to around 4,000 euros. That's pretty close to the averages of previous ICF surveys for the salary of a life coach (or business coach or executive). It's important to note that executive, personal, and business coaches' incomes vary wildly (from free to thousands of dollars per hour), so these averages may not represent what most coaches actually earn. I ended up finding a business consultant to teach me about marketing and the basics of business, and as a result, I booked 15 weddings for my second year in business.
